Meet Our Team
Debbie Fajans, CRNA
Debbie is the owner and founder of Rapid Recovery. She is a Nurse Anesthetist in Reno and Northern California providing anesthesia in hospitals and private practice locations. She has 10 years in the medical field and degrees from UC San Diego, Columbia University and Samuel Merritt University. As an anesthesia provider, she is responsible for hydration and balancing electrolytes, while also decreasing pain and nausea in patients. While she is passionate about her anesthesia work, she is also looking towards preventative treatments to help make people feel better and avoid expensive emergency room visits. From her past work with cancer patients, and burn victims, she has learned how important your daily heath and happiness is. She wants to help people to live with more vitality and energy so that they can get the most out of each and every day.
EPHRAIM DICKINSON, MD
Ephraim is the Medical Director for California Rapid Recovery Hydration Solutions. He is originally from Syracuse, New York and graduated medical school from Columbia University in 2010. He went on to complete his residency in Orthopedic Surgery in San Francisco and a fellowship in Sports Medicine at OrthoCarolina in Charlotte. During his training he cofounded Action Sports Orthopedics, an organization devoted to injury prevention and training strategies for athletes. It was during that time he developed an interest in IV hydration therapies as a tool for increasing performance and decreasing recovery time. He owns and operates Urgently Ortho, the first Orthopedic Urgent Care in San Francisco. When he is not working, he can be hard to find as he is likely traveling the world somewhere.
Tiffany is the Operations Manager and “Chief Financial Guru” for Rapid Recovery. Originally from the Silicon Valley area, Tiffany recently relocated to the Reno area from Truckee and is excited to help bring IV hydration services to Northern Nevada. She believes in finding something you can be passionate about whether it’s great food and exceptional wine, fitness and wine, home remodeling and wine or just relaxing with an excellent book (and wine, of course). She joined the Rapid Recovery team because she believes your day to day health greatly impacts your over-all happiness and wants to help people become the absolute best versions of themselves!

Why Rapid Recovery
What a great resource for the community I love the concept of IV hydration without an ER visit is a great resource for the community for prevention and wellness and am excited to be a part of a team that promotes energy, revitalization and wellness in a fun, professional, and clean environment.
Megan grew up in California and completed her Bachelors in Nursing at University her Masters at UCSF and became an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2014. She recently decided it was time to leave the Bay Area for mountain life. She is now based in Truckee and when not hiking, swimming or biking, she is in pursuit of great coffee and wine. I chose to work for Rapid Recovery because I want to work with a great crew of nurses and give people medical assistance to improve a variety of ailments without subjecting them to the archaic rhythm of hospitals and doctors offices. With Rapid Recovery, the client can decide from a variety of treatments and we can make people feel better fast!
